No one has yet managed to answer the question "What is beauty?" There are numerous definitions, and thinkers have been pondering this question for at least five millennia. With a certain exaggeration, I dare say that there are as many forms of beauty as there are people in the world. This reflects the subjective nature of its perception and evaluation; everyone has different preferences.
Researchers trying to find the "ideal facial arrangement" presented a group of students with a series of photographs in which a woman's face was artificially altered in terms of the distance between the eyes and the mouth and between the eyes. Students were asked to determine which face they found most attractive.
